Coming out of winter, the timing of the 12k Bloomsday run, recurring annually on the first Sunday of May, has long been a great nudge for the denizens of Spokane, Washington, to get off their winter-weary arses and progressively wake up and get in shape for it. Which I started doing in earnest this week. So this post speaks to me. I just fired up your playlist, too. Gonna use it!

The playlist is basically one album with about three extra songs. But it always made me run, and it feels very comfortable to me now again. Hope you enjoy it!
